Food -
Food is the key to our future. Our current lifestyle has removed us far from the sources and methods of food production. This is not an accident. Make someone dependent upon you for sustinance and you control their heart and mind. We must make immediate and significant efforts to regain control of our food supply.

Think of animal protein as the winter food. Livestock spend the spring and summer grazing, just as the human animal has evolved to do. Add a small amout of meat to your winter vegatables to increase their flavor, nutrition and variety.
